It's Toy Story week here at Motherhood Magic and with many of us counting down till the much-anticipated Toy Story 3 starts, I thought I would share some fun things related to the movie each day this week.
Today I wanted to tell you about these must-have shoes for any parent who has a child who is nuts about Toy Story!
How cool are these shoes?
I was instantly attracted to the Woody shoes! There have been many Toy Story shoes out in the market to buy but Adidas, the makers of these shoes, really outdid themselves and got it right.
They even got the detail of Woody's shirt incorporated into the shoe.
Unfortunately these shoes only run in toddler and kid sizes. I know, I know, I kind of wanted a pair too!
And if Woody isn't your favorite character, you have the option of Buzz Lightyear, Little Bo Peep, or the Green Army Men.
There is a difference between the toddler and kid-size shoes though. All the toddler shoes come with velcro (a much appreciated detail), and the kid-size shoes come with laces, but the major difference is the detail on the bottom. Each kid-size shoe comes with a cool and fun graphic on the bottom. On the Woody pair, you have his shoe prints and a silhouette of him riding Bullseye. On Buzz Lightyear those adorable green aliens are all over, and on Little Bo Peep, the soles are pink with her cute white fluffy sheep all over. See I told you these were cool! Each sole of the toddler shoes are just plain white (with the exception of the black Buzz Lightyear ones), with Adidas written on the bottom. That is my only complaint, the toddler shoes do not have the fun prints on the soles too.
Now here are the details:
The toddler shoes run in size 3K-10K at $40.
The kid shoes run in size 11K-6 at $55.
Yes they are a little pricey, but with all the attention to detail in each shoe you may find it worth it for your little one.
Want a pair? Head over to the online Adidas store! I mean besides being fun for your little one to wear everyday, they would really complete that Toy Story costume for Halloween too!
